Synopsis[]
Out of nowhere, Zombies begin to appear in the city so Mishiba, a simple store clerk, ends up running away. When he was about to die, an attractive young man who is part of the JSDF (Japan Self-Defense Force), Chigasaki, saves his life. But in exchange for continuing to protect him, he asks him to lend him his thighs so he can masturbate...?! A BL story full of eroticism and zombies!

He found it terrifying when infected people overran the world, and his horror influenced his inability to do anything aside from wonder what was going on. Mishiba tried contacting his family and friends but did not get a response yet concern for their wellbeing motivated him to leave his hiding space in the grocery store he worked at. He considers his uncertainty on whether he is able to make it out alive or not and cries as he wonders how one can survive in this kind of world. Rescued by and travelling with Chigasaki by morning he is startled to wake up next to him. Having made it home Mishiba asks if it is okay if he accompanies Chigasaki to where he is going. Heading to rescue his friend Kouta when they were able to make contact Mishiba was shocked that he had seen him and Chigasaki. Where before he felt shame at being with Chigasaki now Mishiba feels something different.

Chigasaki Kazuma[]
A member of the Japan Self-Defence Force who rescues Mishiba. He explains his arousal as something like survival instinct that happens when he gets tired. Relying on gun fire to deal with zombies, Chigasaki considers bags and even socks filled with stones as weapons for Mishiba to use. Further practical advice is advising Mishiba to not bite his tongue when Chigasaki needs to swerve the car he is driving. Thinking further ahead and taking factors into account Chigasaki feels it does not matter if the outbreak was intentional, the question he has is why a pharmaceutical company would have a hand in the infection. Meeting Kouta he states it is a pleasure to meet him. Appearing content on the garden rooftop Chigasaki thanks Mishiba for saving his life where it is because he did not give up being why he is here.

Kouta Tachibana[]
Mishiba's friend who was messaged when the outbreak began. He did not reply until the 4/21 date at 10.26 and questioning where Mishiba is Kouta says to call if he is safe. He had a cat for a display image on his phone. Rescued by him and Chigasaki he decides to continue on with them despite the danger. Alone with Mishiba he casually breaches the subject that he saw him with Chigasaki then asks what their relationship is having been unaware about Mishiba.

Yorioka Sen[]
An employee of the Lif Pharmacy who was operating a mobile unit through a city. At having a gun pointed at him Yorio's first response is to request that Mishiba lower it. Delivering on his statement that it was possible to rescue someone from the infection Yorio had a hypodermic needle for the purpose. Not really sure whether it will work he stated at the very least it would slow the process down considerably. Yorio avoided the virus since he and Kasai were far away at the time and along with Hirasaka and Kasai they developed a vaccine before searching for non-infected people. At returning to Hirasaka he chides him for heading outside a room unprotected. Thinking to himself Yorio contemplates Mishiba's different reaction rate to the vaccine and bears in mind it might be a late reaction. He considers Chigasaki's account of how he turned but regained consciousness on his own but focuses on not having Mishiba die from an injury to his neck. Using a shovel to strike down zombies, Yorio feels an antiserum can save both Chigasaki and Mishiba. Without a certain answer how Chigasaki was able to recover his consciousness Yorio suggests it was the power of love. He responds to Mishiba that he noticed him and Chigasaki from the beginning and then questions whether it was supposed to be a secret or something. Yorio continues that joking aside Mishiba and Chigasaki do have a strong bond but is serious about them avoiding the 'exercise' whilst they recover.

Kasai Amatatsu[]
A manager who works with Yorio. Observing that Mishiba was also bitten he recommended the medication for him as well. Noticing that Chigasaki had awoken Kasai said for him to not make such a terrified expression when they shared, they were connected to Lif Pharmacy. When the outbreak began Kasai did not hesitate in going to help colleagues who were trapped. Fond of the building's rooftop garden, the first time it was seen Kasai says he was surprised by its beauty. Called an ex-delinquent, part of his hair was blond when he was younger. Kasai resorts to jump kicking a zombie away to rescue Nishimori. Observing the virus in Chigasaki's blood sample, Kasai speculates that his may have mutated before they administered the vaccine. Where the vaccine supposedly worked on Mishiba he thinks maybe he was never infected but dismisses that idea since there were teeth marks, unaware that they were from Chigasaki who was not fully infected at the time.

Hirasaka[]
The one in charge of the laboratory that Yorio and Kasai bring Mishiba and Chigasaki to. Warmly greeting them Hirasaka states they must have had it hard and for them to relax a bit. Having heard the car's sound Hirasaka thought something had happened. He is sympathetic to the troubles they face.
Nishimori Mei[]
Along with Misato she reaches the medical base and is saved from the zombies by Mishiba and Kasai. Whilst she was running from those infected before, Nishimori explains she met Misato who saved her. Saying that she hates injections Nishimori is persuaded to give a blood sample anyway. After overhearing Mishiba and Chigasaki she asks for a word with the former to question whether they are a couple. A high school girl, having accidentally seen them kiss Nishimori also observes that Mishiba has been running away from Chigasaki and suggests they speak. She is under the impression that after Chigasaki saved him Mishiba fell in love during their time together, however seeing how he got along with Misato made him jealous. Nishimori questions whether what Mishiba is feeling is really love.
Misato Saori[]
Running from zombies she shoves Nishimori Mei in front to run towards the medical base whilst she holds the attackers off. Thanking Mishiba and Kasai for saving them she comments on her surprise that there would be so many survivors. Familiar with Chigasaki she is joyful to see him alive and hugs him before describing him as a colleague. She also knew Doujima from the JSDF as well and was aware of what happened. When Chigasaki walks amongst the zombies she fires into them to keep them at bay.
Iwadate Hajime[]
A survivor who joins the medical base. He oversaw Chigasaki being brought back by Mishiba from the zombies and commented that what they had looked delicious. Tired of only dealing with zombies he felt this should be fun. Having been speaking to Nishimori he asks if Mishiba and Chigasaki were the ones on recovery. Resting behind a bush on the rooftop he is not noticed by Mishiba and Chigasaki who begin kissing and he processes that they have that type of relationship. He pretends to awaken from a nap as he asks what they are doing there. Iwadate says he is the same age as Mishiba so they should talk in a more casual way.
Minor Characters[]
Ishie[]
At the grocery store where he worked with Mishiba he asked him to come and help elsewhere. Seeing people beginning to be attacked Ishie told Mishiba to call the police before being bitten. Resurrected and looming over Mishiba as a reanimated zombie, his body would be shot through the head by Chigasaki.
The Manager[]
Managing the grocery store this man led Mishiba to safety. Instructing him to hide the manager said he would seek help. His resurrected body was the instance where Mishiba saw that those who were killed had risen again.
Doujima[]
Wearing the same uniform as the JSDF he was attacked by a zombie at the outbreak. Bitten by one and seeing how that resulted in people changing into more of them, Doujima begged his commander Chigasaki to protect the peace of their country. Questioning if it is not their job to do so he asked that Chigasaki live before shooting himself so as not to turn and attack others.

A name thought about when Doujima was mentioned which based on that may imply links to the JSDF.
Yakawa[]
He was given a vaccine by Yorio and Kasai which worked for a time.
Story[]
Mishiba and Chigasaki escaping multiple fast zombies
Mishiba Haruomi is doing what Chigasaki Kazuma asks. Before this time, zombies began walking as Mishiba recalls the first outbreak of them where his colleague Ishie was graphically killed and the manager of the grocery store as well shortly after helping him escape. Internet news suggests this is something that only spread within Japan. Venturing out, Mishiba promptly attacked by a zombie then saved by Chigasaki of the Japan Self-Defence Force (JSDF). It seems a pharmaceutical company is involved with everything that is happening. Chigasaki means to head there yet Mishiba replies he is worried about his family whose house is on the way to Toumori City. Deciding to take him there they both find the zombies can stagger at near running speed, yet they manage to hide on the other side of the parking lot. Safe inside a hotel corridor Mishiba sees that Chigasaki is aroused, and he is serious about relieving himself. Afterwards Chigasaki is committed to protecting Mishiba but is counting on him too.[1]
Moving along together
The bullet firing capability of the gun Chigasaki has pales in comparison to the number of living dead around. About four days have passed since the city was destroyed by the infection which has resulted in a greater number of infected people. They consider weapons that Mishiba can use and he finds himself thinking back to the motel with Chigasaki. Coming across some keys they locate the van they belong to and driving Chigasaki swerves to avoid the infected people in the road before they reach Mishiba's house. After securing the area Mishiba's parent's car is gone and Mishiba cries over their situation. After bathing Mishiba insists on them sleeping separately but wakes up to push Chigasaki out of his own futon that Mishiba had rolled into.[2]
Searching a Houbun store for supplies
Since he has successfully returned home Mishiba raises now going with where Chigasaki is heading rather than stay behind. Chigasaki supports the idea and vows to defend Mishiba. The Lif Pharmacy is the largest pharmaceutical company in the world and that this was done in some way is all that matters. Chigasaki recalls a subordinate stating that he had to live. Mishiba is swayed to do something as Chigasaki wanted and they reach the Houbun outlet store for supply shopping. Chigasaki drives to where he can drink, and he and Mishiba are intimate. With the vehicle having tinted windows and the zombie that has appeared outside Chigasaki considers their eyesight is not as good, so as long as they do not make a sound, he and Mishiba should be fine. Mishiba falls unconscious then awakens and addresses what happened the day before. Having acquired phone chargers Mishiba receives a message from his friend Kouta.[3]
Meeting Mishiba's friend Kouta
Kouta shouts in happiness to Mishiba when he arrives yet with an influx of zombies they make a hasty retreat, Chigasaki shoots one that seizes Mishiba. With Kouta joining them he notices a mark on his arm yet proceeds to rest on a freeway before Mishiba heads to the bathroom with Chigasaki joining him. Kouta follows them and finds them together in the lavatory. Continuing to drive, with Kouta beginning to have a cold Chigasaki decides they will make a stop at a service area. After being left in the car, Kouta mentions he saw Mishiba with Chigasaki and asks him for the same before he loses his humanity.[4]
Chigasaki is bitten
Mishiba pushes Kouta away but feels he cannot hear his voice. Chigasaki pulls them apart but is bitten by Kouta. With no recourse to help Kouta and with Chigasaki needing to be saved Mishiba resolves to shoot Kouta. The car Moshiba is driving has its tires flattened after going over debris. Despite Chigasaki encouraging him to go alone Mishiba is against it. With Chigasaki's condition deteriorating Mishiba reiterates to be bitten and Chigasaki does so. Hearing a car Mishiba is reluctant to ask for help as if Chigasaki is seen infected they may want to kill him. The vehicle has the Lif logo on it and gaining their attention Mishiba draws his gun as he approaches the two people who emerge. The employees affirm they are not his enemy and that is is possible to save Mishiba's partner. Administering a medicine to slow the process, Yorio Ka Sen and Kasai Amatatsu discuss how the virus broke out from another section of their department. Chigasaki awakens to see Mishiba.[5] It is recalled how people were being killed at the outbreak. Chigasaki got Doujima to safety before he ended his own life before the infection took over. A later memory of Chigasaki's has him waking up in Mishiba's house to find him beside him. It is recollected that after Mishiba and Chigasaki went to the bathroom at returning to the car none of them could sleep after what happened. In a separate event when packing supplies Chigasaki revealed the large number of extra-large condoms he has acquired.[6]
Yorio and Kasai rescue them both
Chigasaki awakens, Yorio and Kasai have heard of the JSDF and with the information they have about the pharmaceutical company it is normal for Chigasaki to be alert. The four of them formally introduce themselves before they reach a base. Lif Pharmaceuticals itself is overrun with infected people so they cannot get close. They also do not have enough equipment to continue with the investigation of the vaccine yet where they are is the closest to a laboratory that they could find. Hirasaka sees who has arrived and Yorio explains the limited details of what they know. Yorio and Kasai were out on a business trip when the accident happened whereby the time, they returned the virus had spread and the panic had been unleashed. The colleagues they rescued at the time informed them that it seems during the research a ampoule of the virus fell on the floor. It is probable that it leaked into the ventilation current to spread rapidly. With the injection Mishiba and Chigasaki received delaying the infection they both agree to take part in trials to develop a cure. Kasai shows them to a special place, the garden rooftop and details how the facilities function with solar energy. Mishiba sits beside Chigasaki and considers the way he asked to be bitten. Happy to be together they then hear the sound of a gunshot.[7]
Nishimori and Misato join the medical base
Finding and rescuing Nishimori Mei and Misato Saori from pursuing zombies it transpires that Misato is acquainted with Chigasaki. Considering what this may mean in the showers afterwards Mishiba finds Chigasaki still speaking to Misato as they discuss their shared background in the JSDF. He is particularly hit by Chigasaki's expression around her which causes him to wonder further if their relationship is just physical. Leaving after kissing him, both Chigasaki and Mishiba experience pain.[8]
With Hirasaka learning that medication is wearing off
Nishimori joins Chigasaki having overheard him and Mishiba. At Nishimori's suggestion Chigasaki finds Yorio to inform him of the considerable increase in pain. Yorio is struck at the dramatically worsened physical injury Chigasaki has. After kissing him, Chigasaki awakens in the morning to find Mishiba has already woken up and left. Out of embarrassment Mishiba is avoiding Chigasaki which is something Nishimori speaks to him about. Thinking they are a couple Nishimori feels yesterday Mishiba saw that Chigasaki got along with Misato and got jealous. Chigasaki takes Mishiba with him and shares he felt pain after seeing Mishiba cry. Having realized that he loves Chigasaki they both share that they want to be beside one another until the end.[9]
Chigasaki regaining consciousness but seeing he has bitten Mishiba
Chigasaki reflects on his time where he reached out and drew closer to Mishiba where he came to love him. When there was a moment where he thought a double suicide would be a good idea, now Chigasaki is haunted of himself desiring to devour Mishiba alive. Waking from a nightmare Chigasaki observes the living dead outside and feels sooner or later it will be the same for him. Misato joins him and speaks of how he and Mishiba did not go to dinner. On his worsening injury Chigasaki thinks to how he knew Kouta was bitten but had Mishiba's wellbeing on his mind so let his guard down. After asking Misato to look after Mishiba he stands alone before being joined by him. As they hug Mishiba notices a change in Chigasaki. Yorio and Kasai observe blood samples from Chigasaki and another infected person but rather than being identical it seems that Chigasaki's virus has mutated. The vaccine they gave to Yakawa was the same, but he did not react like that. They consider how Mishiba recovered maybe due to a subclinical infection and that is why his body is killing the virus now. Chigasaki has his consciousness back and sees that he has bitten Mishiba who is on the ground bleeding.[10]
Hearing from Yorio about a vaccine
With his senses back Chigasaki carries Mishiba and calls for other's help. Yorio considers Chigasaki regaining consciousness after turning before concentrating on saving Mishiba. Gauze pads are used in an attempt to cover the deep wound on Mishiba's neck. Kasai and Misato run after Chigasaki who left after seeing what he had done. Yorio could not stop Mishiba from coming after him as well. Mishiba reminds Chigasaki about him saying he would stay beside him forever. Yorio wonders if an antiserum, specifically a blood serum containing antibodies against specific antigens from a previously infected person who became healthy could save Chigasaki. If all goes well Mishiba's blood would be used for this since he recovered.[11]
At ease on the rooftop garden for now
Mishiba is refusing to let go of Chigasaki in case he ends up disappearing again. Although Chigasaki is wary that he loses control again he is pulled closer where Mishiba asks for Chigasaki to stay in bed with him.[12] Days after they found a way to save Chigasaki he is with Mishiba helping him to dress. They come across a photo of Yorio and Kasai from when they were younger before meeting Nishimori who is with another survivor, Iwadate Hajime. The virus has been completely killed in Mishiba's blood due to a combination of his immune system being affected by a subclinical injection from when he asked Chigasaki to bite him and the medicine he received. Whilst it is not certain, Chigasaki hears from Yorio that when he bit Mishiba his blood entered his system which is how he was able to regain his consciousness. On the rooftop Mishiba mentions to Chigasaki how here one can truly be at ease. Iwadate oversees them and suggests he knows Mishiba from somewhere before, but Mishiba has no memory of him. Chigasaki cautions Mishiba to be careful around him. Days later Yorio confirms that the antiserum that was created from Mishiba's blood has successfully caused the virus to disappear from the body. Producing the vaccine on a large scale will take time, meanwhile Yorio would like to try restoring fully infected people so tasks those gathered with getting through the barricade and bringing back an infected person who is still alive.[13]
