Synopsis[]
He graduated early from the science department, acquired his PhD at a record speed, and is now a senior researcher making a large salary at a major company.
In other words, Go Youngwon is a pitiful engineering student that has never been outside his school or the lab.
Just like his name, he dreams about love and forever ever after. But, he's actually a sucker for looks and falls in love quickly. Because of this bulldozer-like personality, he often gets dumped before he even starts dating.

Kang Hyunwoo, a man of the same age, and who has the exact opposite temper, tastes, personality, and basically everything else.

Go Youngwon[]
Regarded as really clumsy, Youngwon considers Hyunwoo and how he is the same age as him (33[1]). Being an early graduate from the science department at G College, Youngwon has gained a PH.D from K University in Korea and works on the R&D Research Team at AR MOTORS. Due to Hyunwoo his anger is bursting at the seems, no matter where one looks they can tell Youngwon is livid. Angrily acquiring some Coca-Cola from a vending machine Youngwon thinks even if he and Hyunwoo were the last two men on earth he would never sleep with him. Youngwon considers that Hyunwoo's speciality is that he has no manners, plus he is a distrustful punk, whereas his own speciality is that he is very good at work. Pleased that he had just bought a sandwich, Youngwon comments it would be terrible if he got his clothes stained. After he received a break-up letter from a partner that met someone new in the army Youngwon felt he had never been in a real relationship. It is true that the entire time he was in university he was shut up in the lab, but Youngwon adds that was not the reason he was always getting dumped, rather he is the boring type in a relationship. Like a bulldozer he quickly falls in love, constantly talks about romance and destiny, but in reality if Youngwon is not at the lab he is at home. Thinking to hell with romance Youngwon has not even had one proper date, but it is not wrong to want to try. Wanting to meet someone who can take his heart by storm from the start and then date them long term, Youngwon adjusts his view where he would like it to be forever. Considering Hyunwoo he deems him annoying, and has a handsome face, so it is even more annoying. Upon discovering from his friend Jintae that his blind date is Hyunwoo, he sits, comparing the sounds of the meat grilling as also the sound of his soul grilling. After saying Hyunwoo is not his type and that he will take care of the bill Youngwon then attempts to not have him leave.
Kang Hyunwoo[]
On the R&D Research Team, and 33[2], Hyunwoo raises a middle finger at Youngwon then questions whether he finished first. Hyunwoo is left handed. Asking Youngwon whether he thinks cars are kid's toys, Hyunwoo told him to come up with something that is reasonable. Telling Youngwon that he cannot just leave in the middle of a team meeting, Hyunwoo greets the team leader. Asking Youngwon for a favor, so they should not make this personal, Hyunwoo requests that he please remain calm through the meeting this afternoon. There, waiting for team leaders to arrive Hyunwoo reminds Youngwon to pay attention if he does not want a repeat of earlier. Heading to a blind date and finding it is Youngwon he joins him at the table. Hyunwoo was an early graduate from the science department at S College. He acquired a PH.D from M University overseas, where on the day he thought there would never be a day where he would wear the ugly, undignified gown. At dinner Hyunwoo asks if Youngwon likes him since he was bragging all morning about how he was finally getting introduced to someone he was interested in. Saying sorry for this, Hyunwoo is thankful Yongwon feels that way. It is just a precaution but whether Youngwon has loose lips or not, Hyunwoo trusts he will not let others hear about this.

Passing them by she states that Youngwoo and Hyunwoo are going to get into a lot of trouble, they might even fall for each other.
Kim Jintae[]
Thrilled to see Youngwon when he arrives at the restaurant Jintae comments it is so hard to see him these days as they embrace. Commenting that Youngwon has gotten thinner since the last time he saw him, and meaning to trat Youngwon for coming this far Jintae says he will give him lots of freebies. Informing Youngwon that his blind date has arrived, Jintae points towards him. Describing him as a tall man with a big build, Jintae had heard he just came back to Korea. Thinking that he and Youngwon would make a good match Jinhae tells him to say hi to Hyunwoo. Since they are both engineers Jintae is sure they will have plenty to talk about.
Story[]
The team leader comments on Youngwon and Hyunwoo
Go Youngwon and Kang Hyunwoo consider how they are complete opposites and they exchange taunts.[3] At A.R Motors the team leader finds Youngwon aggravated, seemingly by Hyunwoo's presence. Hyunwoo asks that Youngwon remain calm in the meeting later. Heading up to floor 15 in the elevator, Youngwon hears colleagues discuss how he is single where it was thought he was popular. All the team leaders said they would be coming so those gathered decide to wait. As Youngwon considers his love life, or rather lack of it, his attention turns to Hyunwoo.
Jintae is delighted to introduce Hyunwoo to his blind date, which turns out to be Youngwon
After work Youngwon meets Kim Jintae at a restaurant and they are happy to catch up with one another. Jintae shares that Youngwon's blind date has arrived, and it is Hyunwoo. As Jintae moves them towards one another, they then take their seats at the table. After recollecting their similar educational backgrounds, and then how they came to work on projects together, attempts were made to stay on good terms. Conflicts came down to the choice of coffee each liked, and whether due to personality or speech they were opposite ends of the spectrum. Hyunwoo asks if Youngwon likes him and hears it is not the case. As Youngwon attempts to reach Hyunwoo who is leaving he slips, knocks over a waiter, where the steak he is carrying lands on Hyunwoo.[4]
