Synopsis[]
The main character has the ability to read other people’s thoughts and feelings as written text. But for the first time in his life, a man whose thoughts and feelings that he couldn't see appeared. This is the beginning of a mysterious relationship between 2 men who are intensely attracted to each other.

Lee Jooin, while he is not sure what people think about exactly, he can vividly see others' thoughts as a written text. Aware of where the text detailing the good weather is coming from, Jooin feels at ease with no harmful texts. To be running a coffee shop in the remote countryside, Jooin considers it remarkable. Able to tell that an older man he addresses as "grandfather" is unhappy and knows why he offers him cookies. From his intonation, others can tell Jooin is not native to the area. Questioned if he came to this neighborhood recently, Jooin pauses to think he does not need an arrow towards him but replies it has been about a year and a half. Jooin met a man whose text he couldn't read for the first time. As the police and others speak, Jooin focuses only on how Mookya looks at him. Unaware of a murder case Jooin states if one lives in the countryside, you do not know what's going on and then offers the officers coffee. With Mookya returning, Jooin realizes that what was in the coffee sack must be valuable and dangerous, so he assumes he is here to kill him. Having been running to the countryside, Jooin will not let this tiresome affair bother him again. Accepting cash, Jooin feels this smile from Mookya is less scary than the one before. Where Mookya stood, there are black words on the floor, including 'death' that Jooin can physically pick up where the word drips. After being kissed by Mookya, he coughs up blood and tries to avoid at least touching words that give out bad feelings.

While the cops question Jooin, Mookya intercedes to tell the cops, Jooin has been there for most likely a year, and they should not waste their time. Handed coffee by Jooin and flinching, Mookya says it is delicious. While he barely drinks it, Mookya returns near the cafe's closing time. Without answering when he arrived, Mookya speaks that a while ago, he thought Jooin was thinking about something and suggests that the goods that should not have come today arrived. Stating he is not a cop but has a good eye, Mookya questions if Jooin knows what is really in the coffee beans. Announcing that he is hungry, Mookya requests that Jooin give him the best thing he can do. With the place closed, Mookya replies he will come back tomorrow. Voicing that Jooin is a weird guy Mookya puts it down to either having fast perceptions or good luck. Being brushed down, Mookya takes Jooin's hand, asks what he is doing, and then adds he feels much better after his touch. Reiterating that the shop and Jooin are weird, Mookya feels it is like a mirage then asks if he can visit again sometime. Wondering if Jooin has an illness, Mookya wipes the blood off his face and worries about Jooin after he nods.

The Elderly Man Addressed as Grandfather[]
Curtly ordering a drink, grandfather is surprised to hear from Jooin that he will not be paying for the coffee and asks how he knows he is in a bad mood today. He used to be so happy to see his grandson come down from Seoul every weekend. Insisting that he is not eating and is filled with coffee when a new type of cookie has arrived, he swiftly demands the cookies. He shouts at Jooin not to stare into the air like that since he looks like a madman. Even if he does not look at Jooin like that, it is the impression other people will have. Grandfather knows the murder suspect is the son of a music professor who murdered his parents from the news.
Story[]
At the Lone Tree coffee shop, Jooin finds he cannot read Mookya's thoughts. At some point, Jooin received a monthly delivery of coffee beans. With an older man called grandfather asking for some coffee, Jooin provides him cookies to ease the tension that he can feel from the visible words that float around him. Hearing that the cops are searching from house to house, they enter and ask if any intruders or suspicious people have been seen in the last two or three days. Mookya joins them to break up the questioning, and Jooin finds he cannot read his thoughts. [1]. As they regard one another, an officer speaks that there have been several reports around here of a suspect in the Eunpyeong-gu murder case. Jooin has not heard anything but mentions the courier who delivered the coffee beans. By nightfall, Jooin begins to close up before finding Mookya there. Jooin ordered Brazilian beans, but the Colombian mild arrived. Recalling the previous cop's thoughts on drug trafficking money, Jooin guesses Mookya is connected. Mookya seats himself and asks for something to eat. [2]
