Don't Throw Me My Hero is a completed manga at thirteen chapters within two volumes. It is written and illustrated by Q Himoda. First released in 2017, it has been serialized in Be x Boy Omegaverse, and published by Libre.
Synopsis[]
Kaede (α) saves Azusa, an omega that was being bullied, and moves to another city right after. Many years later, they meet again and Azusa says that he wants to pay him back and that he'll do anything if Kaede gives him a chance. Fortunately or unfortunately, playboy Kaede just can't reject such an opportunity of amusement.

Azusa Hanasaki[]
Telling Kaede he likes him, Azusa gives a reminder that he was saved by him in middle school. Having liked him ever since then, if it is okay with Kaede he would like to go out with him. Covering his face as he awaits a reply, Azusa sighs if it is hopeless. In middle school, Azusa was picked on for being an omega, and asked the bullies to give back the lunch his mama made for him. Thanking Kaede for saving him, and seeing he did not look too happy after mentioning his dad, Azusa stated that next time he will be the one to protect him from horrible people. Finding him again, Azusa had told a friend about Kaede. Asking if he remembers him, yet told by Kaede if he can just leave him alone with this woman, Azusa simply replied no. Reminding him that he is Azusa from class B, he is very happy at being remembered. Saying as much, Azusa then hugs Kaede, Having something he had wanted to talk about, Azusa takes his hand and says for him to come over to his place right now. Seeing Kaede walk away, Azusa resorts to grasping him around the waist to try and prevent it. Wanting to pay him back, Azusa says he will do anything. Undaunted by what Kaede requests in terms of covering bills, Azua appears exalted as he embraces Kaede.

Hearing he saved Azusa and wondering whether he ever did do something as big as that, Kaede ponders the matter. In class A when he was younger, when other children commented on him being a alpha, their questions made him annoyed at every last one of them. Wondering if those alphas were bullying that omega, Kaede acquired the food thrown at Azusa then shoved it into one of the bully's face. Having him on the floor and grinding it into him, Kaede raised whether this holier than thou alpha, who thought they were better than everyone else, was saying he could not win against this girly looking omega without the four of them around. Informing them that they needed to have more pride for their kind, Kaede added if they didn't then their mama and papa would cry with shame for having a child with such small balls. Told to go and die, Kaede declined to, and retorted further that the only stupid ones are them. Thanked by Azusa for saving him, Kaede replied it was nothing, and those guys were just annoying him. With one acting like his dad, it just got to him, and Kaede explained that his dad and this chick bullied his mom and drove her out. After moving away, Kaede was helping a woman walk and raised how about he make it so she cannot walk at all. From her reaction, Kaede followed up by saying so she likes it gentle. Allowing himself to be pulled away by Azusa, he tells the woman until next time. Realizing why Azusa wanted to speak with him, Kaede states it is troubling to overlap the past and present like that. Also having no desire to have that kind of relationship with Azusa since he likes women, Kaede claims he is done here. With Azusa saying he will do anything, Kaede lists meal expenses, gas and water bills, money for going out, someone to save him from a pinch when it comes to writing reports for class, and to take care of his personal needs.

Story[]
Azusa tells Kaede that he likes him. Remembering middle school, Kaede was annoyed by other children's questions on whether he was rich and what his father did. Where Azusa was being bullied, his mother was belittled as an omega too and the lunch that she made was thrown over him. Kaede picked up the lunch, ignored comments that he had a horrible personality, and was pretending to be a good kid after all this time, and pressed the food into the face of a bully. After they depart, Azusa hears Kaede share they reminded him of his dad. Kaede said next time he would defend him and wanted to pinky promise on it.
After moving away, Kaede as a freshman was mingling with a woman and other students, before Azusa finds him. Led away by him, Kaede imagines it as Azusa coming this far to share that he fell in love for saving him from bullies. Affirming he does not like men, Kaede heads to leave. When Azusa squeezes him while saying he want to pay Kaede back, a list of what can be covered is mentioned. While Azusa is more than happy with this arrangement, Kaede thinks it is fine to toss him aside when he gets tired of him.[1]
