Secret XXX is a completed manga at six chapters within one volume. It is written and illustrated by Meguru Hinohara. Released in 2016, it has been serialized in Dear+. Chapter 1 is occasionally referred to as XXX Allergy where it was a one-shot. Secret XXX is chapters 2 onwards which continued the story due to popular demand. A related series is a spin-off titled Therapy Game. It later received a Drama CD on February 9, 2017.
Synopsis[]
Growing up in an environment full of all kinds of animals, there's only one animal that Shouhei loves and that's rabbits. Because of his love for rabbits, he sometimes helps out in a rabbit specialist shop. And there, he meets Mito Itsuki, his unrequited love. However, he has a secret he has to keep no matter what. Would he be able to keep that secret in order to stay close to the one he loves?!

Mito Itsuki[]
The manager of Trois Lapins, Mito is quite happy effectively in a working relationship with Shouhei. While Mito is content to be open with his feelings when they are alone he does keep some matters to himself including details of his past, and current activities. Having to cancel cinema plans with Shouhei he drives him back home. With Minato joining them Mito reminds him to be nice to Shouhei. Against involving Shouhei in his business at Mama's Place Mito is not impressed that Minato brought Shouhei to the bar he has been helping at and sighs he was careless. Explaining it is an ordinary bar Mito states it is a place he worked at when he was young. Clarifying that he is not cheating, doing prostitution, or anything against the law, it is why Mito kept telling Shouhei it was all right. Photos of him where he used to cross-dress at Mama's Place are confiscated. With the master of Mama's place returning Mito says he finally got dismissed but adds to Minato he is sorry about last time, Minato was worried about him yet he got angry. Asking Shouhei that he please not make his parents worry, Mito encourages him to reconcile with his family.

Shouhei Ikushima[]
Having an allergy to grass Shouhei has been taking medication for this and cannot take off his gloves and mask completely. With the mask removed after work by Mito and being kissed by him Shouhei feels so happy. He does feel it is embarrassing doing it in the store since all the rabbits are staring at them. Clarifying the matter Shouhei is thrilled to go on a date with Mito to the cinema. Shocked their date has been cancelled Shouhei asks Mito what happened and if it is work related he can help. With the Rabi☆Puri film's message about true love being found elsewhere resonating within him Shouhei begins loudly slapping his cheeks in the cinema which the children and their parents around witness. Finding Mito outside at night Shouhei merrily feels he is so lucky to meet him and dashes to go and say hi. He is struck at seeing someone (Minato) caress Mito's face. Later at the store Shouhei did not mention how he saw Mito get into a van with someone and instead tends to cleaning the windows. Wondering why he is getting upset, and thinking it is strange Mito was sticking close to the other man, Shouhei does not want to think negatively but concludes it is because he cannot satisfy him. Seeing Minato enter he guesses it is annoying but should greet him. At 21[1] he wrangles with his mother over attending university while being committed to helping Mito at the rabbit store.

Minato Itsuki[]
After bringing Mito in his car one night enters the store the next day. Finding Shouhei he asks whether this is the part-timer with the allergy. Slapping his handshake away Minato requests that he please not touch him with his gloves on like that, it is unpleasant. Normally working at another store in the chain Minato came today since Mito asked him to take photos. Placing an apron on himself Minato tells the bunnies long time no see. Commented that he likes photography Minato is said to be good at it. Having heard Shouhei is Mito's boyfriend Minato says there is no need to be so cautious, he is the same as them. Smiling that he is sorry for bullying him earlier Minato explains that he gets nervous when meeting someone new. Guessing it is fate that they can meet one another like this Minato says to Shouhei he would be really happy if they could get along. Speaking how Mito said he finally got attached to someone, Minato has been wondering what kind of guy he is, it is why he is glad it is someone like Shouhei. To make up for the bullying Minato shall tell Shouhei something good and requests he come closer. When Shouhei moves away to carry on with work he grabs and pulls him closer, Minato is asking whether Shouhei wants to know the kind of part-time job Mito is doing then reveals it involves holding an old man's private parts. Stating that Mito is selling his body satisfying scary people Minato continues that in such places one cannot simply leave their job. If they try to quit they will do everything to take them back and make them earn more, it has always been like that. Knowing that Shouhei would make a face like that Minato says hearing his boyfriend is going around doing that is disappointing. Suggesting Shouhei ask Mito directly Minato thinks them breaking up quickly would be the best choice. Thinking how Shouhei got mad Minato speaks that he is making a scary face now. Seeing Shouhei come to the store he works at, later Minato drives a motorbike with him and mentions he could have asked for help at the start. He warns Shouhei the place where Mito is working is full of yakuza. If Shouhei wants to go home without losing any parts of his body Minato warns him not to make eye contact with anyone. Whatever he sees, do not make a fuss and if Shouhei does not want to be their toy he should not let his guard down. Called Micchan, he tells Shouhei he believes people too easily when the yakuza turn out to be friendly people who are dressed in clothes associated with the opposite gender. Stating he has been working here for a month it is commented that Minato loves messing with Mito's love life, the statements that Mito was selling himself and involved with the yakuza were shared to see how Shouhei would react. Noting how the first thing Shouhei asked was whether Mito's line of work was dangerous, Minato speaks that if he had have gotten angry or was grossed out he would have crushed him right away. Addressing Mito as brother, since he is his family Minato is always worried. Asking Mito to not make that scary face when he is confronted on bringing Shouhei here, Minato justifies it since Shouhei was really worried. Minato questions whether it is okay to hide things from his lover. Seeing Shouhei shout he thinks how brother is being scolded. Handing Shouhei a letter Minato comments it is a prize, of photos of Mito, for working hard last time and he should take care of his brother.
Shizuma Ikushima[]
Shouhei's brother, after breaking up with a girl named Yuka he tells his sibling how the guys from his club tried to cheer him up by taking him to a bar. Describing it as terrible Shizuma says how there were lots of men cross-dressing that was really something. They even gave him presents and he describes them as nice. Assuming Shouhei has a girlfriend he warns him he could end up like him. Overhearing Minato speak how he is concerned for his family Shizuma shares he has a little brother and how he is envious of Minato's big brother for having such a considerate little one. He pats Minato's head as he calls him a good boy.
Yuka[]
At 20 she was viewed as head over heels for Shizuma. Described as a devil disguised as a human Yuka had cheated on him. Yuka never told him about her past and always refused whenever she was asked out by answering she was busy.
Mama[]
Using a fan Mama berates those in the bar for acting so disgraceful in front of customers when they are fawning over Shouhei. Deeming him completely useless Mama states their shop is famous for its elegance and beauty. Mama tells a patron addressed as Mr. President that he is going overboard when he asks Shouhei for a drink with him. Regarding problematic customers like the president Mama comments that it is usually her darling who deals with that as she points to a portrait on the wall. Since last time he messed up and is in hospital Mama asked their old friend, Mito to protect the girls for now. She comments Mito has always been good at dealing with customers without resorting to violence, the bouncers at the door always end up hurting someone. Aware of who he is Mama questions whether Shouhei came here because he was worried and states that is youth for him. Mentioning that starting a quarrel is against the rules Mama will lend Mito her room so he and Shouhei can do it there.
Mr. President[]
Wearing only a pair of bunny ears he approaches Shouhei to comment there is a cute little boy here. Asking if he got separated from mommy the president says if Shouhei is alone then how about a drink with him. Touching Shouhei and commenting he is thin the president questions if he is eating enough. Hearing from Mito that he is quite drunk the president is escorted to his car ready at the entrance. Shouting he is not drunk the president declares to see he is standing still. Deeming it a horrible shop for them to kick out their own customers, the president thunders that he is the one who decides when to leave.
The Owner[]
Owning the Trois Lapins store that Mito manages and Shouhei works at part-time, she encourages them to take as long as they need when they head out on their business. Having collapsed she has been taken to the emergency room. Stating that they were exaggerating as she lies in a hospital bed the owner happily explains it is just her back that hurts a little. As Shouhei can see she is fine and healthy so feels she can go home. Desiring to proceed with running the shop and with a show she tells Mito to not speak to her as if she were elderly.
Story[]
Mito and Shouhei discussing plans to attend the cinema together
It has been a month since handing a rabbit over to customers. Mito Itsuki has been working at a rabbit specialist shop named 'Trois Lapins'[2] and hears from Shouhei Ikushima with him that it is 8.24pm now. Happy to enjoy alone time together Shouhei is asked if he knows the movie Rabi☆Puri[3] since Mito received some tickets from a customer. Since they are off tomorrow Mito asks if they should see it. With it a date Shouhei mentions how he has little experience in being with others romantically. Mito is asked what kind of people has he gone out with. After a phone call Mito raises with Shouhei whether they can postpone their date and that they will not be able to meet after work like this for a while. It is 22.45 as this is discussed.
Back at his home Shouhei finds his brother Shizuma Ikushima with two cats through the door. He broke up with Yuka since she was cheating on him. Shouhei suggests they go to the cinema together. In the cinema alone Shouhei wonders from their conversation if his brother meant that Mito could betray him as Yuka did his brother. In a scene from the Rabi☆Puri film Lop-chan asks whether she was promised that they would become the world's number one idols. Nether-chan explains how Kijitora the masked man said he would put one hundred million yen towards a debut so is in true love, a scenario that does not sit particularly well with Shouhei. Outside the cinema Shouhei sees Mito only to get in a vehicle with another man.

The next day Shouhei does not discuss what he saw yet Minato Itsuki, the man Mito was with, enters the store. The website is planned to be updated so Minato is here to take new photos of the rabbits. Shouhei listens as Mito speaks with Minato on how it has been half a year ago since they last met and he wonders if Mito just told a lie. When Mito leaves Shouhei is alone with Minato. While he apologizes for his behaviour and hopes they can get along Minato asks Shouhei if he wants to know the kind of part-time job that Mito is doing.[4] Elaborating that Mito is selling himself to old men Minato recommends that Shouhei break up with him.
Seeking out Minato to head where Mito is
Heading to his vehicle instead in an attempt to not have him go Shouhei hears from Mito to not think of interfering, then he leaves after saying for them to talk again tomorrow. A woman tells Micchi someone is here to see him and Minato sees it is Shouhei who has come to the store he works at. By night Minato transports Shouhei by motorbike. Although Shouhei is warned of the yakuza inside the building they arrive at when Minato pushes him through the door he sees the patrons are transvestites. While Mama is against Shouhei joining them, the president, dressed only in a pair of bunny ears, accosts him.
Mito is asked to believe in Shouhei a little more and to tell him what pains him little by little
Mito arrives to guide the president away back home since he is drunk. Mama explains Mito has been helping them to diffuse fights amicably while her partner is at hospital. Speaking to Mito and hearing that him being here is none of his concern Shouhei reacts by shouting in response. Alone inside a fancy room where mama and the master have fun, Mito answers he has been involved with nothing illegal. Shouhei's concern for him outweighed believing in him at the time but they hug thankful for one another. At the bar Minato shares his concern for his family which Shizuma nearby overhears and commends him. In the room Shouhei is intimate with Mito. The day after Minato brings the pictures of the rabbits he took the other day. As the master is returning to Mama's place tomorrow Mito is no longer required so he is back to working at the rabbit store. Minato hands Shouhei a photo of Mito dressed elegantly.[5]
Friends call out to Shouhei on whether he is going home already, they are going bowling. Revealing that he has a date right now Shouhei's friends ask since when he had a girl. At the cinema Mito tells Shouhei the shop will be alright today since the owner will look after it properly. With Shouhei's mom calling he has not told her about the date otherwise she would cook them a sekihan.[6] Confirming that Shouhei's mom is a vegetarian Mito guides Shouhei to not have his family worry about him. After the movie Mito checks his phone to see a message that the owner has collapsed.
Mito drives Shouhei as they discuss the upcoming rabbit show
She is talkative in hospital and in the car ride back Mito explains the show that was mentioned to Shouhei. Judges from overseas are invited to select the most perfect rabbit. Previously they were one of the top sponsors, so he must join the organizing team. While Mito heads there for a week Shouhei manages the store and they message one another. Having forgotten his medication Shouhei's mother notices him ill. Concerned with him working at the store instead of attending university Shouhei's mother orders that he resign or leave the house. Consequently Shouhei leaves the house and finds Mito at his hotel.[7]
