Leader Nim of the North Gate Pack, Choi says the people he is facing even have the guts to charge at him three on one. Since they all lost against him it is punishment time which consists of having them place a board marker between their thighs and writing their names on the wall, which involves them shaking their butts. What people do not know is that he is an Omega. Pleased to see Seung-gyo, he thinks of him as his baby Seungie before swiftly reversing to thinking he kind of hates him as they begin fighting. Ten years ago as a child he was not sure how to answer Seung-gyo's question of what a "mate" was since it was an adult thing. Choi guessed it was the adult's way to call their forever friend.

Seeing Choi he joyfully calls for a hug from him. This changes to darkly telling Choi to come at him. When he was a child walking with Choi he asked what a "mate" was. Since everyone at school was talking about it Seung-gyo was curious about the term. Clarifying whether it was to refer to someone one would wish to grow old with, Seung-gyo decided when they grow up that Choi will be his mate. He went from being a soft, fragile smol cinnamon roll to growing bigger than Choi.

Story introduction[]
After Choi Jinsoo has fended off an attack from three gang members he has a unique punishment in mind for them. Seung-gyo is happy to see him yet their friendly display turns to one of aggression.[1] It is recollected as children that Choi stared at Seung-gyo's smiling face and made a promise that he would grow into a strong Alpha for him. Presently Seung-gyo is pleased to say that he wins. The issue is Seung-gyo is bigger than Choi.[2]
