Synopsis[]
Injoon, who returns from studying abroad, is heartbroken to hear that his ex-lover, Saein, was imprinted by Jaekyung, who is rumored to be promiscuous bastard. While walking away from Injoon toward Jaekyung, Saein does not see a huge truck near him. Injoon and Jaekyung, who threw themselves to save him, are caught in an accident. After not waking up for a long time, Injoon woke up and was shocked to see his own face in the mirror...that he's now in Jaekyung's body!!

Shocked to hear that Saein had been marked by Jaekyung, he wanted another chance with him. Where they both acted to prevent Saein from being hit by a truck, Injoon processes that he had awoken in Jaekyung's body. Reflecting on his circumstances, Injoon thinks when he opened his eyes he had lost everything, but at the same time as Saein hugs him he had gained everything. Tended to by Saein, he wonders should he tell the truth who the person before him is. While Injoon begins to speak, he contemplates how this is something that is hard to believe even for himself, then feels there is no way anyone would believe it. Additionally, it would be a relief if he were not treated like a crazy person. As Saein shares his ease that Jaekyung has woken up, Injoon wonders what should he do as he is not his sunbae. When Injoon tells Jaekyung the truth one day, he wants him to stay next to him.
Kwon Saein[]
Upon sharing he was marked by Jaekyung he said he could not live with Injoon now. Tearful at the scene of the accident, Saein said for Jaekyung and Injoon to wake up. Concerned that Jaekyung is ignoring him on purpose, Saein mentions he would like to have his child. Visiting who he saw as Jaejyung (where it was really Injoon within) in hospital, Saeing says he did not even notice the mark on his neck had appeared. Asking 'Jaekyung' what it looks liked, Saein has heard it appears slightly different for each person. Remembering what the doctor said about him needing to eat to recover quickly, Saein hands strawberries that sunbae[1] likes. Wondering why he is not eating, Saein questions if Jaejyung wants to be fed. Speaking how he is relieved that Jaekyung has awoken, Saein moves to be closer with him. Sharing his worry that he might have never have woken up again, teary, Saein says thank you to Jaekyung for waking up.
Choi Jaekyung[]
Having acquired flowers, Jaekyung was on his way to meet someone. Upon seeing Saein in danger, Jaekyung acted to defend him from the incoming truck. Five years older than Injoon, he was Saein's friend during school. The eldest son of Taeyeol, he was a famous alpha.
Choi Taeyeol[]
The president of Myungwon Global and father to Jaekyung. He is certain that Jaekyung would awaken since he is his son.
Doctor[]
A doctor had spoken how Jaekyung should eat to assist in his recovery. The day Saein fell and his wrist got a little twisted, the doctor said he just has to be careful for a few days.

She is thankful to learn that Jaekyung has woken up. After Gyusung's comment, she instructs him to not talk so improperly.

Reportedly she had passed away due to an disease related illness.

Commenting how Jaekyung jumped in front of a truck like an idiot just to save his fiancé, Gyusung sarcastically remarks he must have had a hard time.
Story[]
Kwon Saein asks whether Choi Jaekyung hates him that much and whether he has gotten bored of him already. Although Jaekyung speaks that he has been busy with work, Saein feels he is avoiding him on purpose. Knowing that he pretends to work and sleeps in the study room, Saein moves on to how he wants to have Jaekyung's child. It is recalled how at Christmas that Injoon found Saein was leaving. Where Jaekyung is mentioned, Injoon feels Saein must have depended on him out of loneliness while he was studying abroad. After Saein revealed that Jaekyung had marked him, Injoon was shocked.
Walking away, Saein did not notice the truck coming towards him. Jaekyung, who was evidently coming to meet him, and Injoon, intervened to move Saein out of harm's way, but the former two were caught in the collision. Passerby's at Cheonggyecheon intersection are shocked as Saein observes Injoon and Jaekyung on the ground. Lying in hospital, Injoon desires another chance with Saein.
Awakening, Injoon finds his left leg is broken. Viewing himself in the mirror, Injoon sees Jaekyung's reflection.[2] In hospital, Injoon in Jaekyung's body finds Saein there who is upset at the situation. Considering Jaekyung's background, it is noted how he was a high school senior to Injoon and Sain. Also the eldest son of Myungwon Global President, Choi Taeyeol, he was a famous alpha among the omegas in this social world. From Injoon's point of view, Jaekyung liked to rule over the majority and was intimate with multiple people.
Noticing the mark Jaekyung left on Saein's neck, Injoon comments on it. After Saein asks what it looks like, Injoon replies like snow as in an individual snowflake. Since the doctor said that Jaekyung needs to eat to recover, Saein suggests some strawberries nearby. As Saein tends to who he sees as Jaekyung, Injoon wonders would he believe that it was him. Although Injoon starts to talk he then thinks he would not be believed, given that he himself finds it unbelievable. Also considering how he might be seen as crazy, Injoon tells Saein he will eat the strawberry.
Addressing the bandage on Saein's wrist, it was from a minor injury sustained when he fell. It has already been fifteen days, and Saein mentions for Jaekyung to just worry about his legs. After Saein speaks how relieved he is that Jaekyung has woken up, Injoon thinks on what he should do given that it is him. Regardless, Injoon as Jaekyung speaks that he is fine and that Saein should calm down. Realizing that he is speaking formally, Injoon considers how he will have to be careful if he does not want to seem insane.
On their skin contact as they hug, Injoon feels the imprint on Saein. Recalling the past, Injoon thought that Saein would feel the same way about him. Presently, Injoon notes that the person Saein decided to choose was Jaekyung. As they embrace, Injoon as Jaekyung tells Saein to just forget about Injoon now. To himself, he thinks that the nice friendly Injoon is now dead.
Not intending to worry about why he is like this, or what happened to the real him, Injoon persuades himself that he just needs to talk selfishly like Jaekyung from now on. Attempting to settle himself further into this situation, Injoon feels he should not worry about things that he cannot change. There is a thought for his family that is now missing Injoon, yet he thinks he will perfectly become Jaekyung. Just needing to have everything Jaekyung has, Injoon proceeds to kiss Saein.
With family members around, Injoon finds Jaekyung's father, Choi Jaekyung there, along with his step-mother, and brother, Choi Gyusung. The surgery went well and Injoon hears he should be discharged soon. If anything is needed, Choi reveals how professor Kim said that he would figure things out so that Jaekyung would not need to leave the house. Injoon is surprised to hear that a wedding date is to be set soon.[3]
