A Guy Like You is a completed manhwa written and illustrated by WAGE with design and editing by JS. Released in 2016 it has been published by Lezhin comics and has been translated in English. It is complete at 85 chapters plus a prologue. Season 1 consists of 67 chapters plus 3 specials. Season 2 consists of 18 chapters making up chapters 68-85.
Synopsis[]
Go Siwon's dreams are constantly visited by the clever, beautiful Kang Jinha. In the dream, Jinha keeps on mentioning this "incident" that happened between them but Siwon can't remember anything! And how can it feel so real? Luckily for Siwon, hints about the "incident" start to appear and Siwon is able to regain his memory bit by bit. How will their relationship change at the end of it all?

Considered by himself to have ordinary grades, and looks, Siwon feels lost and struggling with concerns for the future. Not thinking he would ever have anything to do with Jinha who he regarded as a jerk since they were so different, Siwon found he started showing up in his dreams. Having heard Jinha is gay Siwon awakens and thinks that was a weird dream, all the more since he does not see him that often. Panicking at finding he is late for his class Siwon heads to the Art & Design Center. At 23 he has finished his military service and is a sophomore at Ganzi University where he majors in graphic design. Thinking of Jang Donghyun as his best friend Siwon explains he did prepare for his presentation but is having a hard time getting used to everything since he came back to school. Hearing that Jinha is in their class Siwon asks Donghyun what he knows about him. Informed of a rumor Siwon whispers to Donghyun to be quiet since Jinha is right behind them. Really hating giving presentations Siwon feels he is going to puke and wonders why can they not turn their projects in instead of presenting it. Contemplating how he really has not changed Siwon thought it would be better if he completed his service and come back to school. It is not that he does not like designing but wonders if it is the path for him. Declining to play basketball Siwon raises with Donghyun on whether the rumor concerning Jinha is true. Despite Donghyun not taking it seriously where it could be seen as insensitive Siwon freely reveals that he had a dream that Jinha appeared in. Speaking on how it is weird Siwon casually discusses with Donghyun how he has never even spoken to Jinha since the retreat event in their freshman year. During that time Siwon noticed Jinha was by himself and invited him to play games. In a serious manner Siwon informs Donghyun he is not joking around, it felt too real for it to be a dream. Finding them in a dream together once more, while Siwon thinks he would rather not run into Jinha he clarifies he never tried to ignore him on purpose.
Kang Jinha[]
Regarded as the top of the class, handsome, an extremely talented guy with a bright future, Jinha appears in Siwon's dreams where he says not to push him away, he is the one who made him like this. Jinha guides him to take responsibility. As a freshmen he was in a group project with Donghyun but commented his project idea was pathetic and there was no way they would get good grades. Certain that whatever he comes up with will be better, on the day of the presentation Jinha was the only one in class to get an A+. Presently Jinha delivers a presentation on his pictogram assignment. Speaking at ease how he decided to focus on efficient delivery based on necessity from his personal experience, Jinha then elaborates on the background to his project in a similarly detailed and thorough way. Coming across Siwon on the grass under a huge moon Jinha asked why he was here in his dream. Stating that Siwon was acting like he normally was, in that he is always trying to avoid him, Jinha is told he is difficult. Hearing he is always so irritable so others have a hard time approaching him Jinha replied he does not care about others. Addressing Siwon he asks whether he remembers from three years ago at the freshmen's retreat.
Jang Donghyun[]
Siwon's best friend since school. Upon locating him Donghyun literally sprints towards Siwon to alert him that class starts soon then asks if he is not going to run. Commenting that Siwon lives so close by but he is always late Donghyun questions whether Siwon is ready with his pictogram presentation for class before assuring him it will be fine. Like Siwon he is 23 and is also a sophomore majoring in graphic design. Disliking Jinha since he spoke ill of his idea for a group project in the first year, he does whisper to Siwon another rumor floating about, that Jinha is gay. At Siwon's startled reaction Donghyun is satisfied and wonders if it were true, it would be great if it was (indicating he would regard him as diminished). With Siwon mentioning this again, Donghyun remarks he is acting weird then sneers why the sudden interest before asking whether he is gay too or something. With Siwon shouting no, Donghyun knowingly asks what is with that violent reaction. Informed that Jinha appeared in Siwon's dream Donghyun's question is how his butt hole is. With Siwon thinking on the dream Donghyun asks if he is not freaking out too much over it. When Siwon is serious about the matter Donghyun mentions he was just teasing and hears him out.

His Chinese name is Lu Xuan Run. He kidnapped Donghyun and was in actuality the one who posted photos of Siwon and Jinha kissing. He can also enter dreams and imitate other people as well in them. Harboring intense affections for Jinha he takes action at seeing him with Siwon now.
Story Introduction[]
In a dream Siwon is embraced by Jinha
Considering their contrasting positions in class Go Siwon finds Kang Jinha has been showing up in his dreams and telling him not to run away.[1] Waking up, Siwon's phone shows it is 8.40AM and he is late for first class period. On campus heading to class Siwon is found by his best friend Jang Donghyun. In class Jinha is also there and Donghyun recollects a time where they were in a group together. Where Donghyun left the group because Jinha was critical of his idea, the latter ended up gaining an A+ where the professor would not stop praising him. Donghyun speaks negatively of Jinha and divulges to Siwon there is a rumor he is gay. Jinha is sat behind them. The lecturer announces they are going to review students progress on the final project today. As Jinha gives his presentation Siwon considers his talent and the difference between them yet wonders why he showed up in his dream.
After the class presentations Siwon asks Donghyun about the rumor concerning Jinha. Donghyun claims someone saw Jinha making out with a guy. Siwon speaks freely on his dream involving Jinha to Donghyun and voices it seemed too real. Describing the scenario Siwon explains he went to bed late last night after he finished his assignments but suddenly got the chills and felt like he was not in his room anymore. Feeling strange, he opened his eyes and found himself in a forest with a really big moon. Lucidly, Siwon contemplated if he were dreaming right then and whether the grass was real. Jinha found him there and engaged in conversation where he wondered why Siwon avoided him. As Jinha speaks on what happened on the Freshmen's retreat three years ago Siwon finds he cannot hear anything. After the recollection Donghyun and Siwon agree it was just a dream. In bed Siwon finds a leaf fall on him and Jinha is over him.[2]
